Copperworks Spirits Dinner

An evening that celebrated the best of our community – homegrown ingredients, top-notch quality, and supporting local business. Aerlume was thrilled to showcase the Copperworks Distilling Company in an exclusive five-course dinner that featured their acclaimed, small batch spirits, including whiskey, vodka, and gin. Guided by the co-owner of Copperworks, Jeff Kanof, and with dishes expertly paired by Executive Chef Douglas Jones, this event was designed for those who enjoy the seasonal bounty of the Pacific Northwest, appreciation for exceptional, quality products and a dedication to supporting local business.

whiskey pairing, American Oak casks aged for 36 months

cask gin pairing, finished in charred, new American Oak barrels
