In honor of El Gaucho’s 30th anniversary, we’re proud to partner with a local distillery to celebrate the spirit of Washington and the community we call home.

Exceptional whiskey, crafted in Washington. Founded by two friends with a dream, it begins with grain sourced from the Omlin family, a fourth-generation farm in Quincy, Washington.

This exclusive private barrel was hand-selected by the El Gaucho team, crafted from a mash bill of 72% corn, 22% rye, and 6% malted barley. Aged in premium seasoned barrels with a #4 char and toasted heads, it pours rich and refined, worthy of this milestone.

EL GAUCHO PATRÓN REPOSADO PRIVATE BARREL SELECT

Hand selected by the Fire & Vine Spirits team at Hacienda Patrón in Atotonilco, Mexico, this limited Reposado is a distinctive expression of 100% blue Weber agave. Crafted from a blend of tahona and roller-mill tequila, it was aged for 8.03 months in American and French oak, beginning on July 6, 2025.

Medium gold in color, it opens with cooked agave, bright citrus, delicate herbs, and fresh black pepper. On the palate, subtle notes of vanilla, light caramel, and butter lead to a smooth, lingering finish.

EL GAUCHO CORAZÓN REPOSADO TEQUILA BOOMERANG

This special Reposado tequila began its journey in a barrel originally used for El Gaucho’s Private Barrel of E.H. Taylor Bourbon—Barrel #017. Hand-selected by our team, the bourbon was distilled on January 29, 2014, and aged for 9-1/2 years, spending most of its life on the first floor of the legendary Warehouse H.

After the bourbon was bottled, the empty barrel traveled to Mexico, where it was filled with 100% blue weber agave Corazón tequila. Aged for 9 months, this Reposado matured under the sun and spirit of Jalisco, absorbing the rich character of its bourbon-soaked oak. The result is a unique Reposado that carries the warm, oaky complexity of its past with the bright, vibrant soul of fine tequila. Two exceptional spirits. One remarkable barrel. A story worth savoring.

EL GAUCHO WELLER FULL PROOF SINGLE BARREL SELECT

Weller, initially called Old Weller, was created in 1933 by the legendary Julian “Pappy” Van Winkle. The uniqueness of the whiskey stemmed from Wellers tradition of using wheat instead of rye, in combination with the requisite corn, to make the Bourbon. Wheat adds a softness and texture to the final product that has made Weller a distinctive and desirable whiskey for over 90 years. This Single Barrel of Weller Full Proof #33, expertly selected by the team at El Gaucho, was distilled September 8th 2017, bottled 7 years later, and aged primarily on the 5th floor of Warehouse R.
